With Fix Time, you can join live interactive sessions with an experienced trainer who will guide you through the entire activity. Ask questions, get feedback and connect with the trainer and other participants within the session. These live sessions allow you to experience the energy of a group class from anywhere.
For Any Time, in each session you get access to high-quality pre-recorded videos for whenever you want within 24 hours. Each video features a different soothing soundtrack and clear instructions to follow at your own pace. Even though you do it on your own time, you'll still feel the sense of community with other members through the group chat.
